It should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or tampering. Additionally, proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, will be required.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure that the handheld console is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of shipment. We are not liable for any returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process: Once the returned handheld console is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs (if applicable).
